Hello All,My name is Hoff Ghani. I am the Founder, President and CEO of Magnum Capital Management, Inc. I'd like to briefly describe the origin of Magnum Capital Management, Inc as well as our focus, goals, objectives and general direction.I founded Magnum Capital in 1988 with the premise of taking advantage of the booming Real Estate Markets in the USA. I did not incorporate the Company until December of 2003. I had originally formed the Company under the name of Magnum International, in Newport Beach, CA in 1986.Upon the slow down of the Real Estate market in the early to mid 1990’s, I began to focus on the institutional investment side of the market. After acquiring licenses, credentials, skills, knowledge, experience and a successful track record in the industry, I began to apply my experience to Magnum Capital Management, Inc.
